Individual Therapy – London
I offer a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore and move beyond the areas of concern affecting their mental health and well-being.
From stress, anxiety and depression to trauma and psychosis, I support people to create deep, long-lasting change using a range of verbal, creative and somatic therapies – including art, dance and drama, yoga and movement, and the use of stories, voice and the imagination – an approach which tends to offer deeper insight than talking therapy alone.
As a systemic psychotherapist, I also encourage people to consider their lives as a whole, supporting them to understand what they want from the therapy process as well as their hopes for the future, and my focus is always on strengths, goals and things that help.
Those working with me can expect to safely move from a place of discomfort to a place of improved self-acceptance and self-appreciation: the foundational steps in increasing confidence, self-esteem and developing healthier and more effective relationships.
