Therapy Supervision – London
As an experienced psychotherapist and qualified supervisor, I provide supervision to other therapists and teams to support their practice development using a range of verbal, creative and somatic approaches.
Working creatively in this way can offer more insight than talking alone, making it a particularly effective form of supervision that helps us better understand our own processes and become more aware of our blind spots and potential areas of development.
It’s to be expected that client work will touch us personally, so having a safe space where we can explore and move beyond any difficulties and challenges we encounter is an important part of self-care as a therapist, ensuring we’re fully supported and taking care of our own well-being.
