Therapy Workshops – London

I regularly run workshops for individuals, couples, families, business teams and other therapists. Sessions include a range of verbal, creative and somatic therapeutic approaches such as dance and drama, yoga and movement, art and drawing, and the use of small objects, therapeutic stories, imagination, voice and percussion.

This enables people to explore themselves and any issues they are facing in a new and safe environment, offering insights which may not have been available previously and helping them look at challenges from a fresh perspective – often resulting in a change of direction, behaviour or new course of action.

My workshops tend to be half-day or full day events, and are held at comfortable spaces such as yoga studios or church halls in south London.
